Hello from Park City, Utah… …we hope that this communiqué finds you well. With great pride and excitement we introduce Canyons Resort as one of the newest members of the Conference Direct family.
At Canyons we believe in sincere and genuine service delivery to and for our meeting, conference and convention participants. The goal is to become America’s definitive mountain meeting destination resort. Honestly, we aren’t there yet, but with the support of Conference Direct the goal is clearly in sight. Perhaps one of the biggest objections to hosting a mountain meeting is the fact that the mountains tend to be a little difficult to get to. We think that Park City is the most accessible mountain meeting destination in the US. We are a very easy and convenient 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.
We manage three (3) lodges, Grand Summit (350 rooms), Sundial Lodge (171 rooms) and Silverado Lodge (193 rooms). Most of our rooms are one and/or two bedrooms suites and studios; however, we do have the ability to fulfill sleeping room requirements through the use of “lock-off” rooms. Most of our function space is contained within the Grand Summit. Our ballroom measures 5800 square feet with the ability to meet/feed 225 in winter. Each June through October we install a 6400 square foot pavilion in our resort village which increases meet/feed capacity to 500.
